The Tramex IQCK is a compact kit for instant, non-destructive, quantitative moisture content testing of concrete floors and ambient dew-point conditions at the time of installation. Even if pre-installation tests have been performed, checking the %MC and ambient dew-point conditions at the time of installation is crucial to ensure successful installation. The Tramex CME5 moisture meter allows for non-destructive quantitative testing of concrete moisture content using Gravimetric testing as a baseline. The Infrared Thermometer provides surface temperature readings for comparison with the dew-point conditions to avoid condensation-related issues at the time of installation and floor failures. The Tramex Meters App allows for data reporting to mobile devices, to GeoTag test results, create, save and share photos, reports and charts. The Tramex Flooring Installation Quick Check Plus Kit comes in a Tramex Easy-travel case.
Size: 13.2” x 9.5” x 3.2” (33.5cm x 24cm x 8cm)

Power: 2 x AA batteries, 1 x 9 volt PP3 battery
The Tramex Concrete Moisture Encounter 5 (CME5) is a non-destructive analog moisture meter for concrete floors and slabs providing instant and precise quantitative measurement of moisture content using Gravimetric testing as a baseline. The CME5 also provides Carbide Method equivalent readings for concrete and other cementitious substrates as well as comparative readings as per ASTM F2659.
Concrete Moisture Encounter 5 - CME5 - Measuring Range:
Depth of penetration in concrete: approx. ¾" (20mm)
Moisture content for Concrete: 0 → 6.9 %
Comparative for Gypsum floor screed: 0 → 10
Reference scale: 0 → 100
The IRT2 is a handheld, dual laser, non-contact Infrared Thermometer with 12:1 distance to spot ratio and audible and visible high/low set point alarms. It is used to measure and display surface temperatures within the range of -50°C to 650°C (-58ºF to 1202ºF) and has an accuracy of approximately 1 to 1.5%. The IRT2 has a fast response time (0.15 sec) and is powered with a 9V battery and complies with Class II UK/EU laser safety standard EN60285.
